    Room-labelled packages and drawings support your installer. Partner teams or factory installers may be arranged; team, fees and travel or visa conditions are confirmed for each country and project.

What are your payment terms?

A deposit of USD 1,000–5,000 confirms the order and starts the drawings. Payments reach 50% of the order value before production, and the remaining 50% is paid before container loading, after you have seen the packing photos.

Can I start without drawings?

Yes. Share your country, the products you need and a few reference images or approximate dimensions. We will help identify the information needed for a quotation. Final measurements and drawings must be confirmed before custom production.

Can you help with just one custom item?

Yes. We assess individual pieces as well as larger packages. The specification, service costs and shipping to your destination determine whether sourcing from China makes sense for your order.

What will my quotation include?

The quotation identifies the selected products, specifications and agreed services. It shows product costs and service fees, and states how freight, destination charges, taxes and local installation are handled. You review the full scope before committing.

Who handles shipping, measurements and installation?

We coordinate protective crating, container consolidation, and freight from Foshan to your port or address. Partner installation teams are available in selected countries. Factory installers may also travel to site by agreement. Availability, team, scope, fees and travel or visa conditions are confirmed for each country and project. Your own builder can also install from our shop drawings and room-labelled packages.

What if something arrives damaged or is missing?

Before shipment, we share inspection and packing photos so your order is documented. If anything arrives damaged, is missing or differs from the confirmed specs, message us on WhatsApp with photos of the item and label—we will quickly verify the issue and coordinate replacement parts or a practical solution.

Can you supply products for my country?

We check your destination, specifications and local requirements before confirming supply, and agree any testing, documentation, sizing or installation conditions for your products upfront.
