Information you provide

The quote forms ask for your name, phone or WhatsApp number, project type and destination country. Email and a project description are optional. You can choose a contact preference, including WhatsApp text messages.

The detailed project brief requires your phone or WhatsApp number, name, destination country and project type. Email is optional. Your role, destination city, project stage, budget direction, notes, how you found us and reference files are optional. We start with WhatsApp text and videos; a call is arranged only if you request one.

Please submit only files you are entitled to share for a project review. Avoid including identity documents, payment information or unrelated personal information.

Why we use it

We use your information to assess project fit, discuss requirements, prepare the next project step and communicate with you about your enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Project drawings and attachments are for the project team’s review. They are not public website content. If a project later requires sharing with a supplier or other delivery participant, the relevant use should be agreed as part of the project process.

Website source information

We may save the page where your visit began, the referring page and campaign information and advertising click identifiers (such as Google, TikTok or Meta click IDs) supplied in the website link. This helps us understand how an enquiry reached NOVARTE. During a visit, this source information is kept in your browser’s session storage and sent with your project enquiry. Campaign source, medium, campaign, search-term and Google click-ID values may also appear in the private enquiry notification sent to our project team. You can still send an enquiry if session storage is unavailable.

A unique enquiry reference helps prevent duplicate submissions. Technical information may also be processed to operate the website and limit abuse.

Optional website analytics & cookies

If you choose “Accept”, this website uses Google Analytics to understand visits, referring websites, approximate country or region, page views and interactions such as playing a video or clicking WhatsApp, email and telephone links. A successfully saved enquiry may be recorded as a conversion, without the enquiry content or its reference number. These four contact events use only the published page path, a controlled link position and form type, and the destination chosen in the country dropdown. A WhatsApp click does not mean that a conversation or sale took place.

Analytics starts only after you allow it on the formal thenovarte.com website. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, free-text messages, drawings or attachments to Google Analytics. Page addresses are limited to published pages; query strings and fragments are removed, and referring pages are reduced to their website origin. Recognised campaign source and medium labels may be used to identify a marketing channel.

Google may process technical information such as device and browser information and approximate location to provide analytics. Google Analytics cookies can recognise a browser across visits and are configured to expire after 90 days. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation are disabled in this integration. We do not enable Google Signals or automatic form-interaction collection.

Microsoft Clarity helps us understand website use through masked session recordings and heatmaps, and loads only after you accept optional measurement. TikTok Pixel remains disabled until configured; if enabled later, it will also require your consent. Public page content may appear in recordings. Enquiry forms remain masked for Clarity; names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages and attachments are never deliberately sent as measurement parameters. Automatic Advanced Matching must remain off. Optional vendors are not loaded on URLs carrying arbitrary query values or sensitive referring URLs. See Microsoft privacy and TikTok privacy.

You can reject analytics and still browse, watch videos and enquire. Use “Cookie settings” to change your choice. Declining removes this site’s analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop already-loaded optional scripts. Your choice is stored in this browser so the website can remember it. Blocking cookies, rejecting analytics or using an ad blocker can make the visit totals incomplete. See Google’s privacy policy for Google’s processing.

Storage and access

Enquiries are processed by our email service to send private project notifications to info@thenovarte.com and our administrator’s Gmail backup. If you provide an email address, the email service also sends a fixed automatic receipt to that address after your enquiry is saved. This receipt does not contain your project message, files or campaign parameters and does not subscribe you to marketing. To limit abuse, the server uses keyed hashes of the destination email and request address to limit receipt frequency. Raw IP addresses are not stored in this receipt-frequency table. Private team notifications include your name, country, project type, contact details, the first 300 characters of your message, your source page and recognised campaign parameters, and a link to our private enquiry board.

Contact details and project files are stored using the website’s hosting services and made available to the NOVARTE project team for enquiry handling. NOVARTE operates from Foshan, China; your information may be processed outside your home country.

We keep project information for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry or deliver the agreed project, with any applicable record-keeping obligations considered.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing info@thenovarte.com. Include your enquiry reference if available so the team can locate the record. A deletion request may be subject to records needed for an active project or applicable obligations.

The homepage quote form requires a phone or WhatsApp number. The detailed project brief also requires a phone or WhatsApp number; its email field is optional for a receipt and project correspondence. To enquire by email without using either form, contact info@thenovarte.com. Reference files and additional project details can be left blank. Required form details are used to review and respond to the enquiry.
