The short answer
A 304 stainless steel kitchen uses food-grade 304 stainless for the worktop, doors, cabinet body and toe kicks. It does not absorb water or swell, resists heat and cleans easily, which suits humid climates, outdoor kitchens and heavy daily cooking. It costs more than board-based kitchens and is quoted separately.

Before we begin
A few useful answers.
Why choose a stainless steel kitchen?
It does not swell with water, resists heat and is easy to clean, so it lasts well in humid or outdoor settings.
Is everything stainless, or only the doors?
Both are possible. A full build covers the worktop, doors, carcass and toe kicks; a stainless body can also take other door finishes.
Does stainless steel scratch?
Brushed and textured finishes hide fine marks better than mirror finishes. Light scratches blend in over time.
Can it be used outdoors?
304 stainless steel is widely used in outdoor kitchens. Covered locations and regular cleaning extend its life, especially near the sea.
