The short answer

A wood veneer kitchen uses a thin layer of real timber pressed onto a stable board. It looks and feels like solid wood but moves less with humidity. Grain can be matched across a run of doors, and the surface is sealed with lacquer. Natural colour and grain vary, so approve a physical sample before production.

Will my veneer look exactly like the photos?

Natural timber varies in colour and grain. We send a physical sample for approval and agree the acceptable range before production.

Can veneer match my wall panels and doors?

Yes. Kitchen, wall panelling and integrated doors can be made from the same species and finish for a continuous look.

Is veneer suitable near the sink?

Yes, when sealed and edged correctly. Wipe up standing water promptly, as with any timber surface.

Can I see the veneer before I order?

Yes. Veneer samples are sent for approval, and you can also see options on a live video call.
